the story so far...
Phil and Anna Evans met whilst leading a 24-7 Prayer mission team to Belgrade in 2003. Phil had been taking teams to the Serbian capital for over 5 years and through their visits and connections, they made a decision to move to Serbia in partnership with 24-7.
In 2007 Phil and Anna became a part of the Guildford Boiler Room to be equipped and trained to move to the Balkans and serve God's vision for Europe. As with most callings, there came a twist in the tale. 24-7 has developed several relationships with various people and communities across the Balkans, and a conversation took place that promoted an idea of looking at the region as a whole rather than in terms of indivdual callings and groupings.
The result of these conversations meant that in December 2007 Phil visited Skopje with a group of friends to consider moving to Macedonia initially with a view to moving later on to Belgrade. Phil and Anna then returned to Skopje together to February 2008 to make a decision on the move. Upon their return they made a decision in partnership with 24-7 and good friends, Scot and Misty Bower to move to Skopje in April 2009 to live and work with the Glasnost community for a season to help develop Skopje into a sending and resource centre that would train and equip leaders to start new communities across the Balkans in places such as Belgrade and Ohrid.
Scot and Misty moved to Guildford in September 2008 to spend 7 months in Guildford with Phil and Anna. The team worked on a training resource called Springboard in January 09 to March 09 to help leaders develop their calling to pioneer new communities across Europe and the nations.
